SocialHub ("SocialHub", "we", "us") operates socialhubglobal.com and the SocialHub Telegram Mini App — a decentralized (Web3) social platform on BNB Smart Chain where people post content, follow creators, join communities, and send or earn USDT directly between their own self-custody crypto wallets. This policy explains what information we handle and how.

The short version: You connect your own crypto wallet — we never see or store your private keys, seed phrase, or password, and we never take custody of your funds. We store the profile and content you choose to create so the social features work. On-chain activity (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) is recorded on the public blockchain, not by us.

1. Information we collect

Wallet & blockchain data: your public wallet address, and the on-chain transactions you make (deposits, withdrawals, tips). Blockchain data is public by design.
Profile information: the display name / handle, avatar image, and any bio or profile details you choose to add.
Content you create: posts, comments, likes/tips, community ("Hub") activity, live streams, and messages you send through the platform.
Telegram data (Mini App only): if you open SocialHub inside Telegram, we may read your Telegram username, first name, and avatar to help set up your profile.
Technical data: basic device/browser information and a push-notification token if you enable notifications, stored to deliver alerts.

2. Information we do NOT collect

We never ask for and never store: private keys, seed / recovery phrases, wallet passwords, government-issued IDs, bank account or card numbers, or any other sensitive financial credentials. SocialHub will never ask you to enter your recovery phrase.

3. How we use your information

To provide the social platform — display your profile and content, power following, communities, tipping, live streaming, and messaging.
To process star / USDT balances and on-chain transactions you initiate from your own wallet.
To send notifications you opt into.
To maintain security and prevent spam and abuse.

4. Non-custodial & on-chain nature

SocialHub is non-custodial: you control your wallet and your funds at all times. Deposits, withdrawals, and transfers happen through smart contracts on BNB Smart Chain and are permanently recorded on the public blockchain, which is outside our control and cannot be edited or deleted.

5. Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers to operate the platform, and your data may pass through them for that purpose:

Google Firebase — database, file storage, and push notifications.
WalletConnect — secure connection between the app and your wallet.
Agora — live audio/video streaming.
Telegram — Mini App and community features.
BNB Smart Chain — public blockchain for on-chain transactions.

6. Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences (for example, dismissed banners and display settings). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

7. Data retention & your choices

You can disconnect your wallet at any time. You can edit or delete content you posted. To request deletion of your off-chain profile data, contact us at the address below. Note that on-chain transaction records are public and permanent and cannot be removed.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect the data we store. However, no online service is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your own wallet and recovery phrase safe.

9. Children

SocialHub is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
